Solve Login Problems

If you did NOT get a confirmation email shortly after finishing your registration and are having trouble logging in, there is a good chance that your email address was misspelled.

To correct your email address, please call our support line at 877-302-6938.

If you feel that you are entering your password correctly and your username is not your email address, it is possible that while visiting the "My Account" area on the site, you clicked the Update button. When the Update button is pressed, your username is automatically changed to the email address associated with your account.

This is a policy intended to bring all usernames inline with our current username policy. There is currently no way to change your username back, once it is changed.
